Best weekend ever! If your thinking about going camping I would strongly advise to visit this beautiful little gem, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Facilities are very modern and super clean, staff are very friendly and informative. It was 50p for the shower, you get 10 minutes. On an evening between 5 and 7pm a lovely man comes around on his quad with fire wood, it is £8 per kindling and £8 per bag of logs, they even have free to use fire pits! You can also pre order your wood in the shop/reception. We really enjoyed our stay, we stayed 2 nights /3 days and we can't wait to go back. We had a large electric pitch and it was spacious for me, my husband and our two children. The stream over the Road was great for our sons, we spent a couple of hours and even saw a few fish! On Saturday night we got pizza what was made on site, very nice food and we will get it again. Lovely area, lots to see and do. Thank you to all the hard working, lovely staff who keep the campers happy and the site clean.

Having been camping for over 20 years at all different locations around the UK I have to say this place is one of the best campsites, if not the best, that I have ever stayed at and would highly recommend it. Plenty of room on the pitches, the showers/toilet blocks are absolutely excellent, free fire pits, good shop. I will definitely be returning next year.

Outstanding site, by far the best camp site we have ever stayed at. We had an electric tent pitch which was huge! Very well maintained and wood chips put down daily in any muddy / churned up patches. Fire pits and wood delivered daily if requested. We took our two dogs and the site was incredibly dog friendly, secure dog field, plenty dog walks and a purpose built dog shower! Take away pizzas and burgers on Saturday nights Showers are 50p but worth every penny. You get 10 minutes for that, the showers are phenomenal and plenty space for drying and keeping your clothes dry while you shower. Little touches like good quality toilet paper, music in the showers. The entire site is immaculate and we can't wait to return next year!!

This place made camping amazing. The facilities on site were great. Little shop and take away pizza on a Saturday night was great. The toilets and showers were so clean and nice. Really makes a difference especially when you have kids too. Even though camping is meant to be wild outdoor living it's so nice to have comfy clean facilities to use. We would definitely go back. The area itself had nice views and many places to visit if you were wanting days out.

This place is a fantastic place to camp. Toilet block is good and still looks new even though is been there for a few years. Fire pits and logs are available every evening and bought round to the tents for what I think is a very reasonable price. Pitches are a good size and easily accommodate our 8m x 4m tent and 3.5 meter event shelter

We came here as novice campers with friends last year and we're delighted with the obvious care taken to make this site an excellent experience for all. Since then we have stayed at numerous campsites around England this year, and I can honestly say this site is second to none. Spotlessly clean shower blocks at all times and friendly staff makes us repeat visitors, and I have had no qualms recommending to others. Thank you for another wonderful break, you should be very proud of your wonderful site!
